Accessibility and extra help using this service

This service is built to work with screen readers, keyboards, high zoom and reduced motion. Every page should work however you browse.

• You can zoom to 200 percent and everything still works.
• Everything can be done with a keyboard alone.
• Status updates are announced to screen readers.

If you cannot complete a step online — for example an identity check or a payment — tell us. There is always another route, with a person helping you.

You can ask for adjustments, like easier formats or more time. We record them so you do not have to ask twice.
