Delivery and collection choices
Version 1 - last reviewed 23 July 2026 by Ahmed Al-Liabi (Superintendent Pharmacist) - next review due 22 October 2026
You choose how to receive your medicine before you pay, because the total includes delivery. The choices shown depend on what is being sent.
- Some medicines must be handed to a person and signed for. For those, no-signature options are switched off.
- Some medicines cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
- Some medicines must stay cold, so they travel by special services.
- Collection from the pharmacy is often available. Bring proof of who you are.
If a delivery option is greyed out, it is not allowed for your medicine. That rule protects you, so we do not let you pick it and fail later.
Parcels never show what is inside. Labels and tracking use plain language and never name your medicine.
