What each order status means

Your prescription moves through clear stages. Here is what each one means, and whether you need to do anything.

Sent to the pharmacy: The signed prescription has reached the pharmacy. Nothing for you to do.
Pharmacy checked it: A pharmacist has reviewed it and accepted it for pricing.
Being sent to LillyDirect: Some medicines are dispensed and delivered by Onescript, LillyDirect's delivery partner, instead of by this pharmacy. This pharmacy does not charge you for this. There is nothing for you to do.
Sent to LillyDirect to deliver: Onescript now has your prescription. They will contact you about paying for it and about delivery.
The pharmacy has a question for your prescriber: The pharmacy and clinic are talking to each other. Things continue once it is answered.
Waiting for your paper prescription to reach the pharmacy: Some medicines need the original paper form by law. The pharmacy must hold and check it first.
Ready for you to pay: The price is ready. Nothing happens until you review the cost and decide.
Payment received: Your payment went through. The pharmacy will start preparing.
Being prepared by the pharmacy: The pharmacy is preparing it in Titan, their dispensing system.
Packed by the pharmacy / Ready to send: Your parcel is packed and waiting for the carrier.
On its way to you: The parcel is with the carrier. A tracking number shows on the order.
Delivered / Collected: Your medicine has been handed over. The order is complete.
Ready to collect: Your order is waiting at the pharmacy. Bring proof of who you are.
The pharmacy could not dispense this: The pharmacy could not supply it and has told the clinic. The clinic contacts you through its normal care route if needed.
Replaced by an updated prescription: The prescriber issued a corrected prescription. The old one is kept for your records.
Released to you — not dispensable here: You asked to take the prescription elsewhere, so this service stops here.
Cancelled / Expired: This prescription can no longer be supplied. Contact the clinic through its normal route if you still need treatment.
