Your privacy rights and how to complain

Your health information is handled under UK data protection law. You have rights over it, and they are free to use.
- You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct something that is wrong.
- You can complain about how your information is used.
To complain about your care: the clinic handles complaints about the assessment or prescribing. The pharmacy handles complaints about dispensing or delivery. Not sure? Contact either, and they will route it.
If you are not happy with the response, you can go to the regulator. Each provider's regulator and registration details are on the providers page of this website.
For complaints about your data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data regulator.
Complaining never affects your care
