Your privacy rights and how to complain

Version 1 - last reviewed 23 July 2026 by Ahmed Al-Liabi (Superintendent Pharmacist) - next review due 22 October 2026

Your health information is handled under UK data protection law. You have rights over it, and they are free to use.

To complain about your care: the clinic handles complaints about the assessment or prescribing. The pharmacy handles complaints about dispensing or delivery. Not sure? Contact either, and they will route it.

If you are not happy with the response, you can go to the regulator. Each provider's regulator and registration details are on the providers page of this website.

For complaints about your data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data regulator.

Complaining never affects your care

Your treatment does not change because you complained. Safety concerns are always welcome, with or without a complaint.
