This service connects three separate teams: a clinic that assesses and prescribes, a pharmacy that dispenses and delivers, and the platform that runs this website.
- Your clinic arranges your careYour clinic gathers the health information it needs and explains the next step.
- A prescriber reviews your answersA registered prescriber reads what you wrote. The clinic uses its normal care route if it needs more information.
- The prescriber decidesThey may write a prescription, decide medicine is not right for you, or ask to see you.
- You choose a pharmacyYou can use the partner pharmacy, or ask for the prescription to take elsewhere.
- The pharmacy prices your prescriptionYou see the full cost of the medicine and delivery before you decide.
- You pay only if you want to go aheadThere is no obligation. The clinic bills your consultation separately.
- Delivery or collectionA pharmacist checks everything, then your medicine is sent or held for you.
